Camp Honokaia

Camp Honokaia is located between Honokaa and Waimea (Kamuela) above Waipio Valley, known as the "Valley of Kings" on the Big Island of Hawaii. Located on 210 acres of dense wood and heavy plant growth, Camp Honokaia exposes Scouts to the opportunity to camp in a tropical rain forest and participate in ecology-conservation programs featuring many of Hawaii's endangered species.

Summer Camp at Honokaia

Camp Honokaia Summer Camp offers a "back to basics" patrol cooking program, and an opportunity to earn a variety of merit badges. Popular features of the summer camp include the adventure trail, Hawaiiana activities and campfires. It is an ideal location for conservation projects and nature activities. The trading post is well stocked with Scout supplies, craft items, snacks, sodas, etc.
