Check-in Starts at 

All PArticipants, parents and leaders (anyone attending the event) must complete the REQUIRED Medical Form (download on this page) - NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

Each participant/parent/leader must bring their own Lunch. Water bottle (there will be one filling station available on site).

Wear your Pack or Troop activitiy shirt (Class B) or an appropriate t-shirt and Covered Shoes. 

Additional suggested items are sunscreen, bug spray, mask, and sanitizer.

Staff/Admin please bring your field (Class A) Shirt for Opening and Closing (especially youth Staff)

*Snack will be provided for registered youth.

CANCELLATIONS: No refunds will be given.  If participant is unable to attend because of illness, your account will be creditied with the amount of the registration, which can be applied to a furture Aloha Council event.
