Check-in and Out Starts on:
Saturday October 12. Check-in 7:00am.
Sunday October 13. Check-out 10:30am. (Pick-up all Medical forms from the medic Station)
All Camp-Sites Cleared by 11:00am. Camp Inspection to follow.
All Participants, parents and leaders (anyone attending the event) must complete the REQUIRED Medical Form (download on this page) - NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
MEALS ARE NOT PROVIDED! - Each participant/parent/leader must provide their own Breakfest, Lunch, Dinner & Water bottle.
Wear your Pack or Troop activitiy shirt (Class B) or an appropriate t-shirt and Covered Shoes.
Additional suggested items are raingear, sunscreen, bug spray..
Staff/Admin please bring your field (Class A) Shirt for Opening and Closing (especially youth Staff)
CANCELLATIONS: No refunds will be given. If participant is unable to attend because of illness, your account will be creditied with the amount of the registration, which can be applied to a furture Aloha Council event.
