Winter Summit 2021

Save the Date!

We are excited to announce Winter Summit 2021 will be held at Camp Pupukea from

Sunday, December 26 through Friday, December 31, 2021

Check-in to be assigned starting at 1 pm on Sunday, Decebmer 26  

Limited to the first 125 scouts ages 10-17. Merit badge class offering and leaders guide to be released on November 6.  

Cost: Scouts - $230

           Adults - $90

Campsites assigned by number of attendees in each unit.  Cost includes meals for participants.  Meals will be cooked and packaged per person.  Delivery system of meals to be determined at a later date. 
NO PARTICIPANT MEALS will be consumed in the lodge. 

Requests for wall tents will be an additional $15 per person for Kilohana Campsites (28 tents total, single occupancy) and $10 per person for Paina Campsites (20 tents total, single occupancy), on a first come first served basis. 

All requests for wall tents must be submitted by email to with subject line:  WINTER SUMMIT WALL TENT REQUESTS.  Requests will be processed based on receipt of email(s) on a first come first served basis.


Registration must be completed as a Unit/Troop. Provisional scouts not permitted.
