There is a $500 deposit to hold your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to future dates/camp and will be credited towards the final total due.
Please Note:
- If your session is marked as Full, please contact the council office to get on the waiting list or inquire about adding members to your existing reservation.
- Due to COVID: No provisional scouts accepted at this time
- Refer to the Leader's Guidebook below for more information!
Required Forms and Documentation
Will be required at check-in. If you arrive at camp without these forms, you will be sent home. Please double and triple check that you have your forms before leaving for camp. You will not receive a refund due to pre-planning and purchases based on the registrations.
Chartered Organization Activity Approval - Online Form
- IH/COR must submit documentation of their knowledge and approval your unit will be attending Summer Camp. DUE
BSA Annual Health and Medical Form PARTS A,B,C - PDF
- MANDATORY and must be brought with each camper and participant. Cannot accept these forms electronically. Make sure you have the latest uptodate version.
