Position: Leadership Executive (Oahu, Full Time)

Are you an effective communicator, results oriented, and driven to successful goal achievement? Do you want to make a difference impacting kids through Positive Youth Development? Then we have the right position for you! The Aloha Council, Boy Scouts of America has an executive management opening on Oahu. We are seeking an experienced management executive to lead a team of staff and volunteers. The position is composed of the following tasks: sales and marketing; recruiting, training, and managing adult volunteers; fundraising; and public relations. The successful applicant will possess: a Bachelor’s Degree, prior management training and experience, a willingness to work long and irregular hours and a valid driver’s license. Starting salary $35,000–$48,000 with full paid benefits; auto and phone reimbursement; and retirement plan.

Position: District Executive (Kauai, Part Time)

The District Executive is an entry-level management position having broad and varied resposibilities. Duties include promotion, supervision, and working through adult volunteers including parents and community leaders. Different aspects of the position include sales, service, finance, administration, and public relations. Position: Registrar (Oahu, Full Time)

The Registrar is responsible for prodiving quiality support to the Aloha Council. He or she conducts the registration, processing, and tracking process per BSA guidelines for all Adult Volunteer and Youth applications, Merit Badge Counselor lists as well as the annual Charter Renewal process. The Registrar also maintains Unit and Registraion and provides administrative and analytical support to Field Team operations.
