Why This Event Matters:

This luncheon is about more than recognition—it’s about building relationships between Eagle Scouts and the leaders who can inspire them. Last year, 40 out of 130 Eagle Scouts attended. With an increased focus on mentorship this year, participation is expected to grow.

Help make this a memorable and impactful event. Whether you are a seasoned professional, business owner, or community advocate, your voice can make a difference in the lives of Hawaii’s future leaders. Help support the event by sponsoring or donating to help cover event costs, or share this event with a local leader who you know would be a great mentor.

Become A Mentor

We are seeking mentors for our annual Dr. Thomas and Mai Kosasa Eagle Scout Recognition Banquet and Mentoring Luncheon. This event pairs experienced our newest Eagle Scouts with local business and community leaders for mentorship and guidance. Note mentors are
not required to be Eagle Scouts – all are welcome!

As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences, offer career guidance, and inspire the next generation of Eagle Scouts. The mentorship format may be one-on-one or in group sessions, depending on the final arrangements.

There is no cost to be a mentor, but donations to support the program are greatly appreciated. Online donations can be made through the registration link.
