Venturing
Co-ed for young men and women 14-20 years old
The Venturing Program aims to progress the values of the Scout Oath and Law while providing leadership opportunities to youth through a youth led program. Crews will take on new and exciting challenges to promote personal growth while gaining hands-on leadership and mentoring experiences. This program focuses on teamwork and cooperation for all activities, preparing Venturers for successful future career paths. Adult advisors are there to aid youth in the plannining of events and be a supportive resource to ensure program success.

Adventure- Joining crew-led adventures highlighting opportunities in leadership development and mentoring practices
Leadership- Leadership training and development through hands-on experience
Personal Growth- Achieving goals and gaining new skills to support personal growth
Service- Leading acitivities to give back to the community while building character and fostering citizenship
