The Aloha Council Unit of Excellence (UoE) uses a balanced approach to measure and recognize unit performance. Replacing the previous “Journey to Excellence” program, UoE is designed to guide annual planning, monitor progress throughout the year, and recognize unit success at year-end.

The program maintains a familiar structure while reflecting local priorities across all Scouting programs: Cub Scout Packs, Scouts BSA Troops, Sea Scout Ships, and Venturing Crews.
